90 Day Limited Warranty

 KED warrants that its iCheck Magnum™ check valves will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days if the product is installed, maintained and used in accordance with our instructions.  All warranties are effective from the date of purchase. 

KED does not warrant products that have been used for purposes other than their intended use, altered in any way, misused, abused, or not properly installed or maintained.  In no event will KED be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, damages for delay, loss of goodwill, loss of profits, or loss of use.

In the event you feel the product is defective in any way please contact us at 877-4KED-USA (877-453-3872).  Please do not contact the distributor or retailer as they will not be equipped to resolve or rectify the issue.  KED, at its discretion, will determine the method that is most efficient to rectify the defective product.  This may include, but is not limited to, total replacement, repair or credit toward a new product.  KED may also require the defective product be returned, postage paid, prior to replacement or credit; and may require proof of purchase. 

 The limited warranty described above is the only warranty offered in connection with this product and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.  KED MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  KED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IMPOSED BY LAW.
